The Coconut Kitchen

The Coconut Kitchen range of authentic Thai sauces and curry pastes were originally developed from the dishes that were served in The Coconut Kitchen restaurant which first open its doors in 2006. The original co-founders Paul and Preechaya first started the business in a food truck in the seaside town of Abersoch, North Wales. A year later they opened the restaurant and continued for 11 years, winning Best Oriental Restaurant Award at the Food Award Wales in 2 years running.

In 2018, the team, headed by Paul, decided to focus their energies on creating products to help everyone in the UK prepare delicious Thai food at home and so closed the doors to the restaurant for the last time. Preechaya left The Coconut Kitchen company to build a new online cooking class business while Paul focused on developing new sauces and pastes. The company now has 11 Great Taste Awards under its belt and many exciting new products on the way. The Coconut Kitchen continues to inspire Thai food lovers throughout the UK and beyond to easily bring a true the taste of Thailand into their homes.
